These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter, the "Terms") govern the contractual sale and purchase relationship between Granero Cataluña, S.L. (hereinafter, "Shantai Coffee") and any consumer (hereinafter, the "Customer") who purchases products through the website shantaicoffee.com (hereinafter, the "Website").
Placing an order implies the express, full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, as well as the Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy, the Shipping Policy and the Returns Policy.

2. Purpose
These Terms govern the conditions applicable to the sale and purchase, through the Website, of specialty coffee and related products marketed by Shantai Coffee, directed exclusively at end consumers (B2C) in accordance with the definition in Article 3 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (hereinafter, "TRLGDCU").
3. Capacity to contract
To make a purchase through the Website, the Customer must have sufficient legal capacity to contract under Spanish law. By placing an order, the Customer declares and warrants that the data provided is truthful, accurate and up to date.
4. Products, prices and taxes
4.1. Product information
Shantai Coffee endeavours to describe as accurately as possible the products offered on the Website (origin, variety, roast profile, weight, etc.). Nevertheless, given the artisanal nature of specialty coffee and micro-lot roasting, slight sensory variations may exist between batches.
The images shown are for illustrative purposes only and may present minor differences from the final product due to photography, lighting or the Customer's device settings.
4.2. Prices
All prices shown on the Website are expressed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs, where applicable, will be calculated and shown separately during the checkout process before completing the purchase.
Shantai Coffee reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, the price applicable to an order will be the one in force at the time of its confirmation.
4.3. VAT on shipments to the European Union
For shipments to other European Union Member States intended for consumers, the VAT corresponding to the destination country will apply in accordance with the One-Stop Shop (OSS) scheme, included in the final price shown at checkout.
4.4. Typographical errors
If a manifest error is detected in the price or characteristics of a product, Shantai Coffee reserves the right to cancel the affected order, notifying the Customer and proceeding to a full refund of the amounts paid.
5. Purchase process
5.1. Placing the order
The Customer may place orders through the Website by following the steps indicated in the purchase process: product selection, order configuration, entering shipping and billing details, choosing a payment method and final confirmation.
Before confirming the purchase, the Customer may review and modify the order details. Confirmation of the order implies the express acceptance of these Terms.
5.2. Confirmation
Once the order has been placed, the Customer will receive a confirmation email with the purchase summary. The sale and purchase contract shall be deemed perfected at the moment such confirmation is sent.
Shantai Coffee reserves the right not to accept or to cancel orders in cases of reasonable indications of fraud, errors in product information, lack of stock or any other justified cause, proceeding to a full refund of the amounts paid.
5.3. Contract language
The contract may be concluded in Spanish, English or French, depending on the language selected by the Customer on the Website.
6. Payment methods
The Customer may pay the order amount using the following methods:
Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), processed securely through Shopify Payments / Stripe.
PayPal.
Bizum.
Payment data is processed directly by the aforementioned payment service providers, without Shantai Coffee having access to the Customer's full card or account details. These providers have their own security measures and PCI-DSS compliance protocols.
Shantai Coffee reserves the right not to process orders whose payments have not been completed correctly.
7. Shipping and delivery
The shipping conditions, delivery times, costs and delivery areas are detailed in the Shipping Policy.
In compliance with Article 66 bis of the TRLGDCU, unless otherwise agreed, orders will be delivered within a maximum of 30 calendar days from confirmation of the purchase.
The risk in the products will pass to the Customer at the moment when the Customer, or a third party indicated by the Customer, acquires physical possession of the products.
8. Right of withdrawal
8.1. Time limit and exercise
The Customer, in their capacity as a consumer, has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the contract without the need for justification, in accordance with Articles 102 et seq. of the TRLGDCU.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify Shantai Coffee of their decision by means of an unequivocal statement sent to fatima@shantaicoffee.com, and may use the model form included at the end of this document.
8.2. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article 103 of the TRLGDCU, the right of withdrawal shall not apply in the following cases:
Sealed products which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable to be returned once opened after delivery (Article 103.e). This exception applies to coffee products whose seal or packaging valve has been tampered with or removed.
Products made to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalised (Article 103.c).
8.3. Consequences of withdrawal
Once the withdrawal notice has been received and the condition of the returned product verified, Shantai Coffee will reimburse the Customer all payments received, including initial shipping costs (except for any additional costs resulting from the choice of a delivery method other than the standard one), within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the withdrawal notice.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Shantai Coffee may withhold the refund until the products have been received or, where applicable, until the Customer has provided доказательство of their return.
The direct return costs will be borne by the Customer. The Customer will be liable for any decrease in value of the products resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or functioning.
9. Legal guarantee and conformity
In accordance with Article 120 of the TRLGDCU, products purchased through the Website benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity established by the applicable legislation.
Given the food and perishable nature of the products marketed, the guarantee is understood to be limited to the best before date indicated on the packaging and to the Customer's compliance with the recommended storage conditions (cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and sources of humidity or heat).
In the event of non-conformity, the Customer may notify fatima@shantaicoffee.com, attaching the order number and the information necessary to evidence the issue, within a maximum of two months from the date on which they became aware of it.
10. Returns policy for defects or errors
The conditions for returning defective products, products damaged during transport or products sent in error are detailed in the Returns Policy.

Shantai Coffee has official complaint forms available to the Customer in accordance with Catalan consumer regulations.
12. Online dispute resolution
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the Customer is informed of the existence of the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform, accessible at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
13. Intellectual property
All content on the Website, including the Shantai Coffee brand, logos, texts, photographs, images and designs, is protected by intellectual and industrial property laws. Its reproduction, distribution or unauthorised use is expressly prohibited in accordance with the Legal Notice.
14. Amendment of the Terms
Shantai Coffee reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version applicable to each order will be the one in force at the time it is placed, and the Customer must expressly accept any modifications in subsequent purchases.
15. Partial invalidity
If any of the clauses of these Terms is declared void or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining clauses will remain in full force and effect.
16. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from them, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the Customer's place of residence, where the Customer has the status of a consumer in accordance with the applicable legislation.
