Whereas most speciality coffees sit between 0.8 and 1.5 grams of caffeine, Shantai contains between 0.4 and 0.6. A gentler, clearer and more mindful energy, designed for those seeking balance without giving up the pleasure of the finest speciality coffee.


THE ALTITUDE AND THE RICHNESS OF THE SOIL
Our coffee farms are located between 1,900 and 2,300 metres above sea level, where the beans ripen more slowly and absorb nutrients from the soil for longer. This combination of altitude, climate and volcanic soil creates an exceptional sensory profile.
