To receive this distinction, the coffee must meet two fundamental requirements:

What makes us different within speciality coffee?
We select only coffees scoring 85 points or more: We work with lots that express greater complexity, balance and aromatic richness.
We care for every origin: Beans that do not reach this standard, although still of high quality, are allocated to local consumption, contributing to a more respectful and sustainable model.
We seek a more balanced experience: The result is a clean cup, with gentle acidity and natural sweetness that lets you appreciate every nuance.
And now that you know us, it’s time to go one step further and enjoy all the nuances of our specialty coffee.
