A REUNION WITH OURSELVES
Visiting Cusco is, for us, a reunion with our essence. Each time we land in these lands, we remember why Shantai Coffee exists and why we chose this path. Reaching the farms where our speciality coffee grows is not easy. The altitude, the physical effort and the journey itself make it a demanding route. But when we reach the top and see the coffee plants bathed in mountain light, it all makes sense.

The bond with the coffee growers and their families is immediate. Sharing their day-to-day lives, listening to their stories and understanding the way they work connects us with an energy that is hard to find elsewhere. They are, without doubt, the soul of every cup. In Cusco, everything is experienced differently. Nature, biodiversity and the rhythm of the mountains create an environment where calm and intensity coexist. It is not just something you observe, it is something you feel. We return to Barcelona with new samples, but above all with a renewed outlook and the commitment to keep bringing the best of this land, respecting its origin and essence.
