A shared perspective
There are collaborations that are born from commercial motives and others from affinity. Ours with Tierra Cerámicas belongs to the latter.
From the very first meeting with Paula, its founder, we understood that we shared the same outlook. In a context where everything tends to speed up, we are united by the value of the handmade, of what requires dedication, precision and time.
A way of working in which each piece is understood as unique, and where the process matters as much as the final result.
Two pieces that interpret the balance present throughout the entire project.
Kay (Earth) connects with the origin: the material, the relationship with Pachamama and everything that sustains coffee from the ground up. Its green glaze refers to that connection with the earth and the organic.
Hanan (Sky) opens up the dimension of experience: elevation, perception and the way coffee is experienced in every cup. The details on its surface evoke the cosmos, bringing a more sensory and contemplative dimension. Two ways of understanding coffee that converse with each other, just like origin and experience.
